Cooking the last of the GARDEN HARVEST

Getting to the last bits of garden left. Not too shabby for October, we still have peppers, swiss chard, beets, tomatoes and herbs. Beens are drying and I'll have to get the rest of the stuff inside and frozen for the winter.

Why you should wash your greens

My prep worker and she takes it seriously!

Grinding coriander seeds and salt.

Eating them in the process ?

Still getting sweet peppers but only greens and look at that one HOT BABY... don't rub your eyes after handling hot peppers. I have about 100 little hots I will be drying out soon!!
Swiss chard with butter cheeses and peppers

Pan frying some buffalo meat in butter and lard ohhh yes. Marinated in ground coriander, salt, black pepper, fresh minced garlic, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, brown sugar and soy sauce.
Fresh beets from the garden stemmed in water then sautéed in coconut oil and a touch of honey. mustard
Perfection !!!
